Key Policies
At PnP Aviation, we want to highlight our chaperone, confidentiality and data (see below), and complaints policies. These are designed to ensure your comfort, protect your privacy, and provide a clear process for addressing any concerns.
Appointment and Scheduling Policies
To book an appointment, pilots should contact Dr. Naz Jivani directly via the contact page or email. Your booking will be confirmed, and a reminder will be sent 24 hours before your appointment. For cancellations or rescheduling, please use the email to notify us.

Data Privacy and Security
All clients have a right to confidentiality. This means that we do not share any information about you with anyone except those working for other health care organisations involved in your care. PnP Aviation adheres to GDPR regulations to protect the privacy and security of your medical information. Data is securely stored on the CAA Medical System (Cellma) and a cloud-based system for auditing. Before your medical examination, you will be asked to sign a GDPR consent form.

Payment Terms
Payments for aviation medicals at PnP Aviation can be made using any credit or debit card following the completion of the medical examination. This ensures a convenient and secure transaction process for all our clients.
